JF Natural Serves all Markets with Natural Food and Kosher

JF-Natural, based in Tianjin, China has recently added chili extract, radish red and phosphatidylserine to their extensive list of kosher certified products. The company has had KLBD kosher certification since 2007. “We are dedicated to improving health and vitality with quality natural products, enabling us to be predominant in the world market” says Josephine Zhao of JF Natural’s foreign department.

Established in 1999, JF Natural (Tianjin Jianfeng Natural Product R & D Co., Ltd) is a pioneer of R&D of plant extracts in China. They provide Fruit Extracts (such as Astaxanthin and Apple Extract), Fruit Juice Powder (such as Apple Powder and Strawberry Powder), Natural Carotenoids (such as Lutein, Zeaxanthin and Lycopene), Sweeteners (such as Stevia Extract (Rebaudioside A), Luo Han Guo Extract) and other products (for example Soybean Isoflavones, Rosemary Extract and Wolfberry Extract) all certified as kosher.

The company was invested in and established by the listed Zhejiang Jianfeng Group in 1999. It is located in the centre of Tianjin Binhai New District, TEDA, and occupies a total plant area of 20,000 m2 of which the building area is 5,000 m2. The company possesses 100 series chromatograph systems. JF Natural has been authorized as China’s first postdoctoral workshop which gathers many outstanding botanists and forms the Naturals Industrialization Base of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University and Tianjin University of Science and Technology. One of the competitive products of JF Natural – grape seed extract (not yet certified), is listed in the National Project while the other one, the apple extract production technology holds the national patent. Moreover, JF Natural participated in drawing up the national standard of soybean isoflavone, has completed dozens of key national projects and was assessed as a top high-tech enterprise for many years.

The company’s mission is to supply standardized natural herbal extracts, natural fruit and vegetable powder and natural colour to the supplement, cosmetic, food and beverage industries to ensure superior quality, potency and safety. At present, JF Natural’s products have succeeded in selling to the European, American, Japanese and Korean markets, meeting all requirements of various clients, which has led them to be the largest manufacturer in China and a well-respected producer worldwide.

The main challenge for the natural foods industry in China is that there is no specific standard to guide the natural food market, which results in difficulty differentiating product quality for this industry. Many high quality products have to face direct competition with low quality products. Under these circumstances, JF Natural strives to meet the customers’ expectations by conducting their manufacturing management in line with international practice. They have completed a series of product lines with various specifications and stable qualities, proved by passing ISO 9001, HACCP, KOSHER and GMP certifications in succession.
