This is the event for food service professionals around the world, taking place every two years over five days. In 2015 189,000 visitors were attracted to over 3,000 exhibitors.

Exhibitors are drawn from eleven sectors dedicated to food products, equipment and other services for catering and hospitality professionals.

It is a truly international exhibition with over 25,000 visitors from over 135 countries and 19 international pavilions.
