Firms involved in food ingredients, health ingredients and natural ingredients were able to consult with experts in kosher certification at Food Ingredients Asia-China. More than 450 organisations were present, displaying new trends in their industries. There were more than 61,000 people attending from the food and beverage ingredients industries worldwide.
