Ethnic Foods Europe is co-located with HORECAVA which is the exhibition for food service in the Netherlands. Show manager Luuk Scholte advises that the show has four themes: food, experience, innovation and sustainability.

This edition is bigger than ever with an additional hall entirely dedicated to food. Like 2016 the segments are 1. Drinks, 2. Food, 3. Fast Service, 4. Bakery, 5. Coffee, Tea & Cocoa, 6. Kitchens 7. Equipment & Inventory and 8. Services.

Over 600 exhibitors are expected with representation from 60 countries.
