Biofach 2015

KLBD flew the kosher certification flag at Biofach, the world’s leading trade fair for organic food and drink products, which took place in Nuremberg, Germany on 11-14 February 2015.
As a global showcase for organic food, all the products on display at Biofach were certified to the EU Organic Regulation or the accreditation directives of IFOAM, which was the patron of the trade show.
Biofach is a major promotional event for food manufacturers and associated organisations, who benefit from the hundreds of media representatives who attend the show each year.
At the 2015 Biofach there were:
- 42,445 trade visitors from 135 countries
- 6,550 congress participants
- 2,263 exhibitors from 76 countries
- 104 individual events
