Tanker/ Bulk Delivery Approval

Private Label Application
If you are a company that would like to apply for a private label kosher certificate please download and fill out this form. Please attach the necessary documents as stated in the form and Email it back to applications@klbdkosher.org .
We will then process the application and email you shortly with the terms and condition of this approval.
A private label kosher certificate is necessary for a product that you do not produce but have repacked under your own label or do produce but is packed with a customer's brand and is certified kosher.
Please note that if the plant does not have a kosher certificate for the product under your private label or does not have a kosher certificate for the plant itself, a full application of the plant is required.
