Based in La Paz, Bolivia’s largest city and its centre for commerce, Molino y Fábrica de Fideos Aurora makes a range of products including noodles, flour, bran and wheat germ. Many of these products are kosher certified by KLBD.

The company’s name, Molino y Fábrica de Fideos Aurora, means ‘Mill and Factory of Aurora Noodles’. Aurora’s noodles are made in a variety of shapes including short noodles, long noodles and special noodles in a range of different colors.

Flour is another speciality of Aurora, and the varieties produced by the company include baking flour and whole grain flour. Aurora also makes a range of brans, including wheat bran for making bread, plus a variety of bran for feeding livestock.

Another product made by Aurora is wheat germ which is used for making products such as protein shakes, casseroles, muffins, pancakes, cereals, yogurts, smoothies and biscuits.
