Flying The Kosher Flag At Thaifex

Food industry professionals from countries in Asia and across the globe gathered together on 20 22 May in Bangkok, Thailand, to experience the latest industry trends at Thaifex – World of food Asia. The KLBD kosher certification team was there to give guidance on how kosher certification can help companies gain access to additional markets.
Chaim Richman, Manager of KLBD Thailand, says: “KLBD had numerous enquiries from manufacturers of foods, drinks and ingredients, who were keen to experience the many benefits that kosher accreditation can bring.”
The people present at Thaifex had many opportunities to investigate the latest foods and beverages, along with raw materials and additives. The KLBD logo displayed on such items allows people who are interested to find out if the items are certified kosher.
Chaim Richman comments: “Hundreds of foods and beverages were on show, including items like spices, plus finished retail products, many of which are already kosher accredited by KLBD and so gaining access to food manufacturers and retailers who insist on kosher certification.”
