Endemix Partners with London Beth Din Kosher Certification

KLBD Kosher Certification (also known as the Kashrut Division of the London Beth Din), the oldest kosher certification agency has recently teamed up with Endemix Natural Ingredients for the certification of their products. Endemix, a Turkish-based manufacturer of natural ingredients is proud to announce that their Black Carrot Extract is now certified kosher. The extract is from the black carrot’s anthocyanins which have pinkish red to violet hues based on the pH value of the extract.

Endemix was founded in 2007 by Teknoloji Yatrimlari, a technology investments consulting firm. Endemix is also known for producing partially defatted nuts (nuts with reduced fat ratio) which are an excellent source of high quality protein and fiber.
