Summer Fancy Food Show

Food industry professionals from across the globe and the KLBD kosher certification team were setting their sights on New York City at the end of June, where the state of the art in speciality foods and drinks was on display at the Summer Fancy Food Show.

The kosher certification experts from KLBD were on hand to provide advice on the benefits of accreditation to those who were keen to learn more about kosher, and to meet existing clients who were already seeing beneficial results for their business.

In terms of numbers, the trade show provided an excellent opportunity for the KLBD team to discuss kosher certification with more than two thousand exhibitors from around a hundred nations across the globe.

When it comes to what was on show, there were around 180,000 food and drink varieties, such as coffees, condiments, cheeses and sweets among many other types, many of which are already kosher certified.

The annual Summer Fancy Food Show is the most important event in the United States of America for specialty foods and drinks, and as such, kosher certification is always a hot topic among the visitors and exhibitors.
