Kosher certification experts from KLBD look forward to meeting representatives of the sweets and snack manufacturers at ISM ProSweets at the Koelnmesse, Germany.
Special features include Cologne Coffee Forum, ISM Expert Stage and a Newcomer Area.
Around 38,500 visitors attended in 2016 with over sixteen hundred exhibitors.
KLBD exhibitors in 2016 included Golden Casket, Churchill’s Confectionery Ltd., Stockleys Sweets Ltd., Mackays Ltd, Mr. Freeze (Europe) Ltd., Snack Crops S.A., Odense Marcipan A/S and Productos Churruca S.A.
The KLBD team will be on hand to advise on the benefits of kosher certification, particularly how kosher accreditation enables manufacturers for reach wider markets for their products.
