International Bakery Association 2015

Kosher certification was a popular topic in September at the IBA show in Germany.

The IBA, held every three years, is short for the International Bakery Association, and is the world’s leading trade fair for bakery, confectionery and snacks.

KLBD kosher certification experts were among the professionals gathering in Munich, who included bakers, pastry chefs, restaurateurs, café owners, hotel professionals and caterers plus decision makers from the food retail market.

The IBA has a long and distinguished history, being the meeting place for experts of the bakery, pastry, and snack trades since 1949.

Today IBA is the platform for innovations from the entire bakery trade and provides a complete overview of all developments in the market.

Attending were the most successful companies from artisan and wholesale bakeries, and the KLBD team were pleased to discussing the benefits of kosher certification with them.
