Kosher certification was a hot topic served up by KLBD experts at the International Food Exhibition (IFE) in London, UK during 22-25 March.
Staged at the ExCel Centre, IFE enabled around 30,000 representatives from food and drink companies to discover new developments in important areas that affect their business.
Informative seminars formed part of the event, at which a diverse selection of industry experts shared their knowledge.
IFE also included leading chefs from both the UK and across the globe who cooked an exciting range of dishes in front of the exhibition visitors.
The trade show featured the Artisan Food Market where a variety of interesting producers displayed their products, along with the Gourmet Drinker, which spotlighted alcoholic drinks of special interest made by small enterprises.
The IFE series of events is supported by a range of organisations including the Food and Drink Federation, the Craft Guild of Chefs and the British Frozen Food Federation.
